All Back-to-School forms must be completed online through the Focus Parent Portal (click the link below to access the portal). To get started, create a Parent Portal account then add student(s) to your account (click the link below to access Focus Help). You will need a valid e-mail address that matches what is on file with the school. Your name must exactly match the name on file. You will also need each student's full name, ID number, and date of birth. If you need further assistance, please contact the school office at (754) 323-5900 to verify your information. To qualify for free or reduced-price lunch for the 2025/26 school year, families must complete a Meal Benefit Application. Submit your application early to determine your student’s eligibility before school starts.
